Delish and Healthy Strawberry Parfaits Breakfast

0.5 kg strawberries

2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt *Yogurt: 1 cup = 245 grams

6 tbsps muesli/oats cereal

Honey *for those needing a little sweetener

1. Cut 0.5 kg strawberries into quarters and divide half among 4 glasses.

2. Divide 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt and 3 Tbsp muesli/oats cereal evenly among glasses.

3. Repeat with remaining berries and additional 1 cup yogurt and 3 Tbsp muesli/oats. Top with sliced berries.
